This launch comes amid a shift in the savings and investment landscape, driven by the rise of private market products among individual investors and a growing appetite for long-term investments that create value and are rooted in the real economy. In a world where retail investors remain significantly underexposed to real assets, the momentum is building: the French Pacte Law, the ELTIF reform, and the Green Industry Law all signal a broader opening. The time has come to realign private portfolios with structural growth drivers.<\/p>\n

Montefiore aims to meet the demand of private investors by offering them direct access to its longstanding expertise in supporting profitable, fast-growing European SMEs and ETIs. Since 2005, Montefiore has backed dozens of entrepreneurial ventures, transforming local leaders into European champions such as B&B Hotels, Asmodee, Interflora, and European Digital Group. On average, portfolio companies grow from an annual growth rate of 8% prior to Montefiore\u2019s investment to 26% annually during the partnership period. This philosophy strongly resonates with private investors looking for discernment, meaning, and long-term performance.<\/p>\n

To lead this strategic initiative, Jos\u00e9phine Lor\u00e9al joins Montefiore Investment as Head of Private Wealth. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in asset distribution to wealth management professionals, private banking, and high-net-worth investors. Having held positions at CDC IXIS AM (Natixis IM), Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, and more recently Apax Partners and Astorg, she joins Montefiore with the mission of designing a bespoke offering that remains true to the firm\u2019s long-term DNA.<\/p>\n
